Work began on 22 April, with an estimate of 13 weeks to completion.
Cleaning out the study has begun (4/24). The walkin closet is gone, leaving the full bath. The ceiling is also gone (in fact, since then the beams have also been removed).
The bumpout has been framed. As of the last update, the windows had arrived and most have been installed.
