Radionuclide Inventory

  
Radiochemical inventory forms are mailed out quarterly. After updating the form, make a copy for your Radioisotope Journal and mail the original to Health Physics.

Note the amount in µCi that is on hand as stock. Note the amount in µCi released to the sanitary sewer over the preceding quarter. Note the amount in µCi transferred to Health Physics as waste over the preceding quarter. Estimate the quantity released in a hood. See the Hazards Evaluation for an estimate. Note that evaporation of liquid waste is not permitted. Use the Radioisotope User Log as a source document.
