关于护照
1、护照过期是可以更换的；只要是合法居留就可以申请换发新护照。
2、旧金山领事馆可以办理换发新照手续，时间需要20个工作日；
3、截至去年护照延长事，手续相对简单，由教育组代为协助受理了。按照领事规定，换发护照必须本人亲往办理。
