The Stanford Chamber Chorale is joined by University Organist Robert Huw Morgan and the Bay Brass, the San Francisco Bay Area's premiere brass ensemble, in a program of seasonal works and carols featuring Daniel Pinkham's Christmas Cantata.
Friday, 2 March 2012: Winter Concert "Choral Colors"

An evening of works for the varied and colorful combinations of string orchestra and choir, organ and choir, and a cappella choir. Featured will be Patrick Hadley's My beloved spake, Herbert Sumsion's Magnificat & Nunc dimittis in G, works by American composers Stephen Paulus and William Hawley, and Arvo Part's haunting Berliner Messe.

A special program for students admitted to the class of 2016 and their families and friends, featuring the Chamber Chorale, Stanford Taiko, the Stanford Laptop Orchestra (SLOrk), and student soloists from the Department of Music.

Bid the Chorale farewell on its 5th concert tour to England. Featuring repertoire from the Chorale's two-week tour: Herbert Howell's magnificent Collegium regale Te Deum and Jubilate, British and American choral works, American and British folk song arrangements, and African American spirituals.
