Tuesday Distance threshold (about 2000m total, averaging or 400m or longer) 6:00-7:30am

Thursday 30 x 50s @ +0 broken into groups w/ some sprinting 6:00-7:30am

Saturday Quality turns and finishes 6:00-7:30am
