Video Tape Nights:
- Video of Ah Duk from Hong Kong. According to Eddie Oshins' wing chun kuen sifu Kenneth Chung, Ah Duk is among the cream of the cream from his own sifu Leung Sheung's students.
- Tape of Anthony "Tony" Wong (Wong Wai Yi), from the National Neigong Research Association, demonstrating the "Wu Chi Chi Kung" (standing meditation) of sifu Cai Song Fang ("Pine Fragrance" Cai).
- Segment of Kenneth Cohen, Director of the Academy of Taoist Healing Arts (currently, the Qigong Research and Practice Center), from his "Qigong" tape, demonstrating the the Zhan Zhuang (standing post) meditation from Wang Xiang-zhai's I-Chuan/Sum-I (mind boxing), aka Da Cheng Quan (great achievement boxing).
- Wing chun chi sau sparring, mook jong (wooden dummy).
- Tapes from Tai Chi/Taiji ... from Eddie's 1995 visit to his laoshu (big brother) sifu Chen Qingzhou at his Taiji Center in Xulu Village, Wenxian, PRC; more traditional Chen or Yang (Tung Ying-chieh, line) tapes; the infamous Wu taiji v. White Crane fight in Macao, etc.
Wing chun excursions:
- Visits to Eddie's sifu Kenneth Chung's wing chun studio.
- Visits to Eddie's sihing (big brother) Ben Der's San Jose Wing Chun class.
- Wing chun picnic. Day spent picnicing and working out at a nearby park with other Bay Area wing chun groups.
- Celebrating Shakyamuni Buddha's birthday on Sunday May 16, 1999 in Oakland Chinese Community Council with Eddie's wing chun sihings (big brothers) Kam Chu, Don Cheung and Peter Cheng.
- On November 9, 2002, Eddie and members of SUWCSA were special luncheon guests of Eddie's sihing Kam Chu, in celebration of Gyangkhang Rinpoche's Enlightenment Tour and visit to the SF Bay Area.
- World Traditional Sports Federation Annual Wushu Festival.
- Eddie's students Mehdi Salour and Norton Kitagawa demonstrated basic wing chun forms at the World Traditional Sports Federation Festival 2001. San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown also presented a special award to Sensei Keiko Fukuda, the highest ranking woman judo teacher in the world. At age 88, Fukuda Sensei has been awarded a ninth degree black belt in judo by United States Judo Federation.
- Banquets and workshops with distinguished kungfu and qigong players such as Cai Song Fang, Chen Qingzhou, Chen Xiao Wang.
- Local kungfu tournaments such as Daniel Weng's Chinese American Athletic Tournament (CAAT) and Tat-Mau Wong's International Chinese Martial Arts Championship.

- Visit and Talk by Eddie's wing chun sibak (uncle, former student of Eddie's sigung Leung Sheung) Dr. Jack Tak Fok Ling.
