ABOUT ME

The older I get the more I discover things to be interested in in the world. In the past few years I have learned to remodel a home, read the bible, become a foster mom, help publish a book, develop an overseas programs and more.

I have celebrated over 30 years of marriage. That's something, eh? I read a love poem recently that made me smile. Maybe you'll enjoy it.

I'm currently employed by Stanford University. The primary group I support is the Prakash Lab where excellent science mixes with a blend of curiosity I have not seen before. It's an amazing group of people who come up with new and very different approaches to some of the questions we thought were already answered - like what's a microscope.

I'm also a deacon in my Church - Peninsula Bible Church.

I am one of a million or so people who have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been keeping track of my disease and recovery. If you're interested in my story please feel to read it, although I warn you that it's not all uplifiting.
