• Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning has created a compendium of standards and benchmarks for K-12 education.
• National Center on Education and the Economy - publishes New Standards™ Student Performance Standards.  They can be ordered at its Ordering National Center Products page.
• The National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) has a page containing links to program standards by several organizations.

English Language Arts

• The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) and the International Reading Association (IRA) sponser Standards for the English Language Arts.

Math

• The Eisenhower National Clearinghouse has created a set of proposed national standards and state frameworks for mathematics and science.  The ENC is located in Ohio State University and is funded through a contract with the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Educational Research and Improvement.
• National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) publishes standards for mathematics education.

Science

• The National Research Council has published the National Science Education Standards, available from the National Academy Press.

Social Studies

• The National Council for Social Studies offers a set of curriculum standards, Expectations of Excellence: Curriculum Standards for Social Studies, and a set of standards for teachers.

Health and Physical Education

• American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (AAHPERD)/ American Association for Health Education (AAHE) publishes standards for Health Education
