General: The Seward Highway connects Anchorage with the town of Seward. There is a bike trail between Anchorage and Gridwood. The bike route is marked by signs.

123 Large paved turnout and well defined 1.5 mile trail east side of read to the mouth of the Gulkana River. Excellent fishing mid-June to mid-July for king salmon and red salmon.
127 Access road to Gulkana Population 98. Camping is permitted along the river by the bridge. Permits for fishing are $10.00 and are good for the season.

175 Paxson Lake. BLM campground on the lake, water and toilets. There are 10 walk in sites along the lake that are nice look at the map in the campground. Hung the bear bags in the outhouses.
